Get Lean and Athletic With A Complete Training Program
Our unique balance of targeted strength training and metabolic conditioning will help you be fit and build your ideal body type in just two to four 60 minutes sessions a week. We use the best programming strategies that science allows to keep you always progressing towards your goals.
Burn Fat and Improve Endurance
We use the Whoop heart rate monitor system to track your heart rate and effort throughout the workout so you can see yourself getting better every time. This will help you look forward to every session and have the endurance for outdoor activities or everyday life!

We provide a proven meal plans that are easy to start and flexible. Then we provide the accountability to make sure you’re getting the progress that you deserve.

We have a variety of 60 minutes sessions at our Davie location that you can choose between, so it’s always convenient to train.

- AM: 8:00, 9:00,
- PM: 4:30, 5:30

Casey has been a coach for over 10 years and has a passion for helping people transform their lives through training and nutrition.
Casey has earned the credentials of CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), NSCA (National Strength and Condition Cert) and Pn1 (Precision Nutrition Certified Level 1).

At that point, you’ll be invited to try our 21 Day Metabolic Fast Track program. The goal is to help you kick start your metabolism and give you a full preview of our Group Personal Training program.
The 21 Day Metabolic Fast Track program is just $99.
fter the initial program, our memberships range between $149 and $199 a month depending on the number of days that you decide to come.
