You’re either getting better or worse…
There really is no such this as maintaining.
There is truth to that.
Your mind is either focusing on getting better in terms of training, and nutrition to improve your body comp/life or you’re probably saying screw it, and gaining weight.
It’s impossible to be in both places at once.
Especially in our busy lives these days, some put our nutrition and training on the back burner.
If you’re not careful you can fall into this trap for a while and next thing you know you’ve packed on 15-20lbs, don’t feel good about your body, energy, motivation, and sex drive are in the toilet.
And let me tell you I see it all the time.
Getting out of this is not easy.
Old and bad habits die hard.
So, let me ask you.
Where are you at in terms of training and nutrition?
